IMBRA Compliance

Dear US clients!

In compliance with the U.S. regulations we will need to have your background information before disclosing to you the contact information of the ladies or arrange your meetings. All you need to do is to fill out the following form and send it to us. We will translate it into Russian, present it to the lady as per your request, and obtain a signed consent from her. Here's how you can complete the form.

1. You may print out the form, answer the questions and send this form to us via mail. Please, enclose the payment made payable to Svetlana's Agency. The address is

2. You may print, fill out, scan your completed form, save it as .pdf file, and then send it to the vip@svetlanas.com along with your credit card number and the expiration date.

3. You may fill it out by typing the answers into the word document. Then save it as a word document, and send to vip@svetlanas.com along with your credit card number and the expiration date.

NOTE: We won't process the form without a payment.
