How does your service work ?
Svetlana's Agency works directly with Agencies in Russia and Ukraine and other parts of former USSR. Most of Russian women, who are on this site, have no computer or personal e-mail. They correspond through Agencies and for them these services are free. The Agencies show them profiles of men and encourage the lady to write e-mails to men that she likes. You may receive letters from women that are interested in you. You can be absolutely sure that the lady will receive your email! Where there is a new e-mail for a lady, the Agency calls her and she comes to get it. In return the lady brings her response to the Agency. When it is necessary the Agency translates her response. How does the delivery of gifts to ladies work?
The Agency gets an order and calls the lady. If the lady wishes our representatives would deliver the gift to her house, otherwise she comes to the Agency and receives it. When she gets the gift the Agency takes few pictures of her with your gift, which will be sent to you. Usually there are few pictures taken, but the lady decides which she likes the most and then you will receive them. That is why the quantity of pictures that you receive could vary: one or few. There are cases when the lady doesn't feel well, thinks she does not look picture ready or doesn't want to take a picture at all. It happens very rarely and we cannot do anything about it, therefore the picture will not be sent.
How will you assist me if I decide that I am ready to meet with the lady?
Our company has developed Unique Tours! Our Tours are very different from tours of similar companies, we are more flexible and you get to decide all the details. Fiancee Visa Preparation and Information.
If your fiancee is not a citizen of the United States and you plan to get married in the United States, then you must prepare a petition and file it with USCIS on behalf of your fianc?e. After the petition is approved, your fianc?e must obtain a visa issued at a U.S. Embassy or consulate abroad. The marriage must take place within 90 days of your fianc?e entering the United States. If the marriage does not take place within 90 days, your fianc?(e) will be required to leave the United States. Until the marriage takes place, your fianc?e is considered a nonimmigrant. A nonimmigrant is a foreign national seeking to temporarily enter the United States for a specific purpose. A fianc?e may not obtain an extension of the 90-day original nonimmigrant admission.
Your fiancee may enter the United States only one time with a fianc?e visa. If your fianc?e leaves the country before you are married, your fianc?e may not be allowed back into the United States without a new visa.
This is what is required of you to be able to file a petition using the K-1 process:
You must be a US citizen. Permanent residents of the U.S. are not allowed to obtain Fiancee visas.
Both you and your Fiancee must be free to marry. If either of you have been previously married, you will have to be either divorced, widowed, or had your marriage annulled.
You must have met your Fiancee in person within the previous two years. Since it is almost impossible to obtain a visitor visa to visit the U.S., this means that you must go to her country to meet, or arrange to meet in another country.
You must meet the minimum income requirement for the fiancee visa petitioner. Please see the income tables below.
The fiancee visa can be quite complex and must be prepared accurately. If there is just one little mistake, it can set back your application for many months. Since September 11, many immigration laws have changed and there is more scrutiny than ever before.
